This is an e-learning web application aimed at training pharmacists in Japan.
Through purchasing tickets, students can study, take tests and receive certificates.
The course content is divided into many themes. Within each theme there will be many courses. The lecture content of each course is videos.
Challenges
Limited Access to Training Materials: Traditional training methods relied heavily on physical resources such as textbooks and printed materials, limiting accessibility for students who couldn't access these resources easily.
Scalability Issues: With a growing number of students seeking training, the institute struggled to scale its training programs efficiently without compromising on quality.
Lack of Interactivity: Traditional training methods lacked interactivity, making it challenging for students to engage actively with the course content, resulting in lower retention rates.
Solution
Online Course Enrollment: The application allows students to enroll in courses online and enabling easy access to training materials.
Interactive Learning Modules: We implemented interactive learning modules within the application, including quizzes, assignments, and discussions, to enhance student engagement and knowledge retention.
Scalable Infrastructure: Our solution is built on a scalable infrastructure, allowing the client to accommodate a growing number of students without compromising performance or user experience.
Video Lecture Integration: We integrated video lectures into the platform, providing students with engaging and interactive learning experiences while allowing them to access course content at their own pace.
Outcomes
The system is of great help to pharmacists in Japan:
Students can access learning content from anywhere and anytime with an internet connection, without having to be present in a specific classroom.
Eliminate factors such as traveling to traditional classes, helping to save time and travel costs.
Learning results are transparent, students need to watch the entire video to be considered completed.
After completing the course, if you take the completion test and get a correct answer rate of over 70%, you will receive the credits necessary to apply for a certified pharmacist training course. (受講後、修了テストを受検し正答率が70％を超えると、研修認定薬剤師の申請に必要な単位が取得できます。)
